Cop out of the Bay Area has been Charged with Masturbating in Front of Family
A domestic abuse call turned awkward...

Some sort of freakish event took place in the Bay Area as a police officer has been charged with masturbating in front of a family. The family in conversation had called the police during a domestic violence call.
Matthew Dominguez has been charged by the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office with a misdemeanor indecent exposure after his response to the call on April 21. The family who put a domestic violence restraining order on him had allegedly violated the order. The mother, the father, and their 23-year-old daughter had called the cops.
Dominguez and two other officers arrived at the scene, with the former taking the “lead investigative role,” per the statement. Dominguez began the investigation by talking to the daughter. Dominguez received a possible location and allegedly ordered the other officers to conduct a search.
Surprised, the daughter asked Dominguez about her brother’s GPS monitor. After he was handed the monitor, the mother in the debacle claimed that Dominguez unzipped his pants and began to rub his crotch. Shrugging this off, the daughter went to grab a glass of water for her mother and was followed by Dominguez. As he turned around to face the mother, she “saw Officer Dominguez’s penis outside of his pants fully exposed.”
“The charged behavior is beyond disturbing. Law enforcement officers respond to our homes to help crime victims, not terrorize, traumatize, and create new victims.”
Jeff Rosen, District Attorney, said.
Dominguez is on leave following the incident. His arraignment is scheduled for June 22.
