Dmitry Medvedev hosts Security Meeting in Occupied piece of Eastern Ukraine
The “harmonizing of legislation of the LPR and the DPR with the legislation of the Russian Federation” was said to be a focal point of the meeting
The former President of Russia and the country’s current Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, has visited Luhansk Oblast where it is currently being occupied. In the area, Dmitry Medvedev held a security meeting on behalf of Putin.
"On Thursday I visited the Luhansk People's Republic where I met with the heads of the LPR [so-called Luhansk People’s Republic], Leonid Pasichnyk, and the DPR [so-called Donetsk People’s Republic], Denys Pushylin."
Dmitry Medvedev said on Telegram.
The meeting was held on behalf of Vladimir Putin, according to Dmitry Medvedev, and consisted of participants discussing security issues in the Russian-occupied territories of Eastern Ukraine. Participants included:
Igor Krasnov - the Prosecutor general of the Russian Federation
Sergey Kiriyenko - the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation
Vladimir Kolokoltsev - the Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
Aleksandr Bastrykin - the Head of the Investigative Committee
Aleksandr Bortnikov - the Director of the Federal Security Service
Irek Faizullin - the Head of the Ministry of Construction
