Reading the first three numbers in a ten-digit manufacturing code on the bag of Starburst gummies, Skittles gummies, or even Life Saver gummies is how customers will know if their product is recalled.

"We are working closely with our retail partners to remove any potentially impacted products from stores."
A Mars Wrigley Canada spokesperson told CNN Business

The company didn’t specify the number of units affected by the metal strands and the company claims these specific products were manufactured by a third party. Seems a little suspicious to me, just own up to it.
