Mitch McConnell seems out of Touch with the Reality Surrounding the Supposed "Red Wave" coming in November

Mitch McConnell hasn’t been a figure in advocating what the Republicans would do to represent the American people if they were to take control of the house or senate during midterms. He continues to pile on this false belief that people still have stimulus money and that inflation isn’t affecting them. He also has currently been hit in the face with the realization that the Republicans may not get the majority as he has wished.
McConnell has been an avid supporter of the incoming “Red Wave” that is supposed to hit the House and the Senate in November. He has been known to cite candidate quality as to why the Republican party will so easily overcome the 50 to 50 split in the Senate specifically.
“I think there’s probably a greater likelihood the House flips than the Senate. Senate races are just different — they’re statewide, candidate quality has a lot to do with the outcome.
Right now, we have a 50-50 Senate and a 50-50 country, but I think when all is said and done this fall, we’re likely to have an extremely close Senate, either our side up slightly or their side up slightly.”

Even though Republicans and Democrats should be viewed fairly and equally, Mitch McConnell is speaking of candidates such as Herschel Walker who continues to lie through his teeth on the campaign trail, and Mehmet Oz who has publically displayed his lack of economic knowledge during his “crudités” shopping situation. We can even look to the senator race in Flordia where Val Demings is leading Marco Rubio by four points. The Republican “Red Wave” that was promised and that was boasted about will not occur and the Republicans only have themselves to blame…
