Rudy Giuliani has been Ordered to Appear before the Fulton County Grand Jury on August 9th
The investigation diving into Donald Trump's phone call to Brad Raffensperger heats up...
As the prosecutors in Georgia continue their investigation into Donald Trump’s associates who worked in partnership to attempt an overturning of the 2020 election results, a Judge has ordered Rudy Giuliani to testify. Earlier this month, Giuliani was subpoenaed to appear in a New York court on July 11 to show cause as to why he wouldn’t appear to testify at the Fulton County special grand jury investigation. However, Rudy Giuliani didn’t show up.
For that reason, Giuliani has received a final order to appear before the grand jury in Georgia on August 9th, according to Robert C. I. McBurney, a Superior Court Judge. Multiple Trump insiders have now received subpoenas including John Eastman and Lindsey Graham.
The investigation is set at figuring out why Donald Trump called Brad Raffensperger, the Georgia Secretary of State, to “find” nearly 11,000 “missing” votes. Lindsey Graham had also been in contact with Bran Raffensperger for the same reason.
