In a conversation that really shouldn’t have any opposition - because who gives a shit what somebody else does with who they love - legal same-sex marriage has gained up to 71% support which exceeds last year’s recording of 70%.

In 1996, Gallup polled about same-sex marriage for the first time. A measly quarter of the public (27%) supported the legalization. 15 years later, in 2011, the support had reached majority levels. In 2015, the support cracked 60% levels just one month before the U.S. Supreme Court's Obergefell v. Hodges decision. Now, it is at 71% and last year witnessed 70% for the first time…
