The Taliban is Testing Rebuild Aircrafts over the Skies of Kabul
The Taliban’s Defense Ministry also claims that its engineering team has repaired 35 tanks, 15 humvees, and 20 Navistar 7000s so far.
Flying over Afghanistan was a Taliban military aircraft that was recently tested out by the Taliban Defense Ministry which has repaired the plane out of materials left behind by foreign militaries. The aircraft currently within the Taliban’s arsenal are helicopters and at least one plane. All of them have been flying over Kabul as of late.
Enayatullah Khowarazmi, a Defense Ministry spokesperson, said that the helicopters were recently repaired and the Taliban is currently testing with conducting flyovers. When asked what the aircraft's origin was, he said they were just "all types of aircraft.”
The pilots, mechanics, and aeronautical specialists are from the former Afghanistan National Army and are currently assigned to the security forces. The Taliban’s Defense Ministry also claims that its engineering team has repaired 35 tanks, 15 humvees, and 20 Navistar 7000s so far.
