The state of Georgia has been one of many controversies surrounding President Donald Trump’s presidential election loss and will be the state at the center stage during the upcoming January 6th hearings. One key piece to the testimony is Wandrea ArShaye “Shaye” Moss and her mother, Ruby Freeman, as they were both accused of rigging ballots on election night.

The two ladies were featured in a video that Rudy Giuliana called the “smoking gun” of voter fraud that occurred in Atlanta. Moss is expected to tell the January 6th committee in the hearings how her and her mother’s lives were turned lopsided due to stupid and wrongful allegations that they were carrying suitcases full of ballots for Joe Biden, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

State and federal investigations have thoroughly reviewed the video and conducted a separate investigation which concluded the election workers had done nothing to interfere with the election. Moss and her mother Freeman have filed several lawsuits against many Republican news outlets and organizations due to endless amounts of harassment.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and Gabriel Sterling will testify as well on claims of the well-known phone call in which Trump demanded they find 11,780 votes. Those votes would’ve made Trump the President...

“I think we can expect Raffensperger to talk about the devastating effect that call had on him and his impressions of Trump’s intent — that Trump clearly didn’t care about the truth. This is the most important and challenging issue in any criminal case.”

Norman Eisen, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, said.

“The hearing will give the criminal investigation of Fulton County DA Fani Willis even more impetus. She has strong facts because of the Jan. 2 smoking gun tape recording of Trump.”

Norman Eisen added.
